Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Friday is a weekly holiday — no deliveries are scheduled.
During peak seasons and sales events, deliveries may take 1-2 extra days.
Products must be checked in front of the delivery person before signing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most areas with a limit of 50,000৳.
Heavy items (above 30kg) may require additional handling charges.
Delivery to the exact floor is not guaranteed — ground floor handoff is standard.
Tracking information is sent via SMS and email once the order is shipped.
